Your She Effect subscription will always be posted within 30 days of its charge. Your subscription always exceeds its cost value. There are no refunds for subscriptions or it’s value. Each month the contents of your package is a surprise. 
If for any reason your item(s) are defective or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours.

We require a full 30 days notification of any subscription cancellations.
