Cooler Recipe: Spring Detox Botanical Spritzer
A crisp, herbaceous drink to awaken your senses and support your body’s natural detoxification process.
Ingredients:
• Cleanse and/ or Feel Good Remedy Tea Blend (2 tablespoons)
• Feel Calm and Cleanse Remedy Drops 5 drops of each
• ½ cup fresh cucumber slices
• Juice of ½ lemon
• 1 tbsp raw honey (optional)
• Sparkling water (to top)
• Ice (optional)
Instructions:
1. Steep remedy teas in hot water for 10 minutes. Strain and let cool.
2. In a glass, muddle cucumber slices with lemon juice and honey.
3. Fill the glass with ice, pour in the cooled herbal infusion, and top with sparkling water.
4. Stir gently, garnish with fresh mint, and enjoy!
